Vice-Action Tensile Grip

Thisgeneral purpose, vice-action grip features jaws which are manuallytightened to secure the sample. The grips will hold samples up to0.5-inches (12 mm) thick and with widths up to 1.25-inches (30 mm). Aball socket mounting screw on the upper grip helps ensure axialalignment. Grips have hardened steel serrated faces.
